Why this exists

Stress isn't a behavior problem.

It's biology. The HPA axis, the circulating cortisol, the inflammation that follows, the sleep that fragments, the immune function that suffers. Behavioral change without addressing the underlying physiology is incomplete; physiology without behavioral change is also incomplete.

This toolkit treats both layers, in the right order — and gives you the environmental architecture to lock the gains in. Vet-reviewed by Dr. Sarah Vogt with input from a certified veterinary behaviorist.

Outcomes

What you'll walk away with.

A real model of your animal's stress

You'll be able to identify triggers, thresholds and tolerance windows for your specific pet — not generic categories.

An environmental redesign plan

Specific changes to light, sound, layout and sleep zone that you can implement this week, free.

A nutritional support layer

What to add (and what to remove) for your animal's specific profile — including supplement guidance grounded in real evidence.

Situational protocols

A pre-built plan for fireworks, vet visits, travel, separations and multi-pet tension. Print, save, use.

Confidence to act early

You'll recognize stress patterns weeks earlier than you do now, when intervention is much easier and faster.

A clear escalation path

You'll know precisely when DIY ends and a certified veterinary behaviorist becomes the right call.
