When does the founding program actually open?

Q3 2026. We're collecting reservations now and building the platform with founder feedback. Reserved spots get priority invitations.

Why such a deep founder discount — what's the catch?

No catch. Founding members are our most valuable people: you give us early feedback, social proof, and trust. CHF 49/149/399 locked forever — vs CHF 99/249/899 standard — is our way of saying thank you. We can only do this once. After 500 sign-ups, only standard pricing is available.

Is the deposit really refundable?

Yes. 100% refundable until the program officially launches in Q3 2026. After launch, the CHF 49 counts toward your first 6 months of membership.

What happens if I'm one of the first 500 but the program is delayed?

Your spot stays reserved with no extra payment. We'll keep you updated quarterly with progress.

What if I have multiple pets?

Can I cancel later?
