The boxes ship in the first week of March, June, September and December. They're designed as inflection points in your animal's longevity practice — natural moments to pause, observe, adjust.

Six tests. If a product fails any one, it doesn't go in the box. No exceptions, no guest spots, no paid placements.

Box FAQ.
Can I buy a single box without joining a membership?
Yes — single boxes are CHF 249. But Plus and Premium members receive the box quarterly at no additional charge, which is meaningfully better value if you'd buy more than one per year.
What if my animal doesn't like one of the items?
Each box is designed broadly enough that something will resonate. If a specific item doesn't work for your animal, hold onto it — the seasonal rotation often brings a useful application back. We don't currently do per-item swaps but it's on the roadmap.
Multiple pets — multiple boxes?
One box per quarter regardless of pet count. The supplement and treat allocations are sized for a single average dog or cat; horse owners should expect to supplement separately for full equine dosing. We're working on multi-pet bundles for 2027.
Where do you ship?
Switzerland-wide via Swiss Post (CO₂-neutral). EU shipping launches Q3 2026; UK/UAE Q1 2027.
How is this different from other pet subscription boxes?
Most pet subscription boxes are randomized treat samplers with affiliate-style product placement. The PETVITY Box has a vet-reviewed seasonal protocol behind every item; nothing makes it in without passing the quality lens; and the protocol card and zine make it part of a longevity practice, not just a delivery.
