When exactly do the boxes ship?
First week of March (spring) and first week of September (autumn). Most members receive theirs by the second week of the month.
Can I switch from Plus to Premium mid-year?
Yes. You'll receive the next quarterly Harmony Box on the next quarterly date instead of waiting for the next biannual one. We pro-rate the value cleanly.
What if my animal has specific dietary restrictions?
Tell us at signup or any time after — we'll substitute treats and supplements to match. The protocol card is always usable regardless of restrictions.
Multiple pets — multiple boxes?
One box per quarter regardless of pet count. Sized for one average dog or cat. We're working on multi-pet bundles for 2027.

Switzerland-wide via Swiss Post (CO₂-neutral). EU shipping launches Q3 2026; UK/UAE Q1 2027.
