What if I want fewer boxes? Two a year is enough.
Move to Plus. Plus members receive The Bond Box twice a year — spring and autumn. The biannual cadence is the right pace for most members.
Can I pause one box per year?
Yes. Premium members can skip up to 1 box per year while keeping all other Premium benefits active.
What's the timing exactly?
First week of March, June, September, December. Most members receive theirs by the second week.
Multiple pets — multiple boxes?
One box per quarter regardless of pet count. Sized for one average dog or cat. Multi-pet bundles launch 2027.
Where do you ship?
Switzerland-wide via Swiss Post (CO₂-neutral). EU shipping launches Q3 2026; UK/UAE Q1 2027.
